【摘要】：美國(guó)食品安全現(xiàn)代法案于2011年初簽署生效,該法案的通過加強(qiáng)了美國(guó)食品藥品管理局的權(quán)限,監(jiān)管將從事后反應(yīng)調(diào)整到事前預(yù)防來(lái)確保美國(guó)食品安全。本文基于我國(guó)食品監(jiān)管制度現(xiàn)存問題的分析,在對(duì)美國(guó)食品安全現(xiàn)代法案的比較研究基礎(chǔ)上提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The passage of the Modern Food Safety Act, which came into effect in early 2011, strengthens the FDA's authority to regulate food safety in the United States from post-reaction to pre-prevention. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in China's food regulatory system, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on the basis of comparative study of modern food safety laws in the United States.
