【摘要】：正2014年,是中國法治建設(shè)進(jìn)入全面推進(jìn)依法治國嶄新階段的一年,是全面推進(jìn)、穩(wěn)健發(fā)展的一年,也是法治亮點(diǎn)頻現(xiàn)的一年。總的來看,2014年中國的法治進(jìn)程表現(xiàn)在以下10個方面。一、十八屆四中全會描繪"法治中國"新藍(lán)圖黨的十八屆四中全會是改革開放以來我黨首次以"依法治國"為主題的中央全會。全會審議通過的《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國若干重大問題的決定》(以下簡稱《決定》),第一次就加快社會主義法治建
[Abstract]:In 2014, the construction of China's rule of law has entered a new stage of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, a year of all-round promotion and steady development, and a year of frequent bright spots of the rule of law. Overall, the rule of law in 2014 in China's progress in the following 10 aspects.
