【摘要】：正對(duì)新技術(shù)的發(fā)展與執(zhí)法之間互動(dòng)關(guān)系的討論,是現(xiàn)代法制必須高度關(guān)注的問題�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,一方面為政府執(zhí)法提供了極大便利,但同時(shí)也對(duì)傳統(tǒng)法制提出了諸多挑戰(zhàn)。執(zhí)法機(jī)關(guān)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)從服務(wù)商手中獲取當(dāng)事人的相關(guān)違法證據(jù),這種網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查方法日漸普遍。一般認(rèn)為,網(wǎng)絡(luò)是一個(gè)開放的公共平臺(tái),用戶對(duì)
[Abstract]:The discussion of the interactive relationship between the development of new technology and law enforcement is a problem that must be paid close attention to in modern legal system. The rapid development and application of the Internet not only provides great convenience for the government to enforce the law, but also challenges the traditional legal system. Law enforcement agencies obtain relevant illegal evidence from service providers through the network, which is becoming more and more popular.
