【摘要】：隨著我國法律進程的加快,我國越來越重視中國法律體系建構(gòu)問題,如何建構(gòu)更加科學合理的法律體系,不僅關乎國家的法律發(fā)展,更關乎國計民生。鑒于此,本文對當代中國法律體系建構(gòu)模式進行了研究分析,以供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the legal process in our country, more and more attention has been paid to the construction of China's legal system. How to construct a more scientific and reasonable legal system is not only related to the legal development of the country, but also to the national economy and people's livelihood. In view of this, this article carries on the research and the analysis to the contemporary Chinese legal system construction pattern, provides the reference and the reference.
