【摘要】：中國(guó)古代文學(xué)作品為我們研究古代社會(huì)的方方面面提供了重要的史學(xué)價(jià)值。本文以中國(guó)古代的文學(xué)作品和審案案例為載體,研究我國(guó)古代的司法文化的若干特點(diǎn),并對(duì)其自身的司法文化特點(diǎn)和法律原則做了一些論述。
[Abstract]:China ancient literary works for us to study the ancient aspects of society provides an important historical value. In this paper, Chinese ancient literature and in the case as the carrier, some characteristics of the ancient Chinese judicial culture, and judicial culture characteristics and law principles on their own to do some discussion.
