【摘要】：社會(huì)主義是社會(huì)法的指導(dǎo)思想和基本原則,社會(huì)主義的社會(huì)化要求、社會(huì)主義生產(chǎn)的性質(zhì)、社會(huì)主義公有制、社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)主義的國(guó)家干預(yù)、社會(huì)主義人的解放等必然為社會(huì)法所記載和表述,它們構(gòu)成社會(huì)法的基調(diào)和內(nèi)核,社會(huì)法是社會(huì)主義的法律化,社會(huì)法具有鮮明的社會(huì)主義本質(zhì)屬性。加強(qiáng)社會(huì)法治建設(shè)有助于糾正和改變過(guò)去有社會(huì)主義但無(wú)社會(huì)法的不良狀況。
[Abstract]:Socialism is the guiding ideology and basic principle of the social law, the socialistic requirements for socialization, the nature of socialist production, the socialist public ownership, the socialist market economy, and the socialist state intervention.The liberation of socialist people must be recorded and expressed by the social law, which constitutes the keynote and core of the social law, which is the legalization of socialism, and the social law has the distinct socialist essential attribute.Strengthening the construction of social rule of law is helpful to correct and change the bad situation that there was socialism but no social law in the past.
