【摘要】：古代的酷刑其手段的殘暴和種類的復(fù)雜讓后人驚悚。隨著歷史的進(jìn)步和文明的發(fā)展,酷刑已在形式上和表面上基本消除,但揭示酷刑存在的根源,反思中國(guó)古代的酷刑現(xiàn)象,以及探討酷刑消亡的社會(huì)歷史條件,對(duì)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的進(jìn)步仍具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。
[Abstract]:With the progress of history and the development of civilization, torture has been basically eliminated in form and on the surface, but it reveals the root causes of torture and reflects on the phenomenon of torture in ancient China. Exploring the social and historical conditions of torture is of great significance to the progress of modern society.
