【摘要】：19世紀(jì)60—80年代,隨著俄國積極吸引勞動(dòng)力開發(fā)遠(yuǎn)東政策的推行,朝鮮移民數(shù)量逐年增加,其法律地位亟待確立。在19世紀(jì)下半葉東北亞各國利益角逐與權(quán)力制衡的背景下,俄國朝鮮移民的法律地位問題不僅關(guān)乎俄國自身大計(jì),更牽涉了中朝利益。通過對解密的俄羅斯帝國對外政策檔案及相關(guān)原始資料的分析,我們認(rèn)為,中朝兩國對俄國積極安置朝鮮移民政策進(jìn)行了全力抵制,不僅影響了俄國境內(nèi)朝鮮移民法律地位的形成,還阻止了俄國東北亞戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃的實(shí)施。在中朝兩國的反對下,俄國僅部分地確立了其境內(nèi)朝鮮移民的合法地位,這大大限制了俄國遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)的朝鮮勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量,破壞了俄國利用朝鮮移民開發(fā)遠(yuǎn)東,并以此為契機(jī)滲入朝鮮、角逐東北亞的戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃。
[Abstract]:In 19th century, with the implementation of Russia's policy of attracting labor force to develop the far East, the number of Korean immigrants increased year by year, and its legal status urgently needed to be established. The legal status of Russian Korean immigrants is not only related to Russia's own great plans, but also to the interests of China and the DPRK. Through the analysis of the declassified archives of the Russian Empire's foreign policy and related raw materials, we believe that. China and North Korea have vigorously resisted Russia's policy of actively resettling Korean immigrants, which not only affected the formation of the legal status of Korean immigrants in Russia, but also prevented the implementation of Russia's strategic plan for Northeast Asia. Under the opposition of China and North Korea, Russia only partially established the legal status of Korean immigrants in its territory, which greatly limited the number of Korean labor in the Russian far East, and destroyed Russia's exploitation of the far East by using Korean immigrants, and used this as an opportunity to infiltrate North Korea. To compete for the strategic plan of Northeast Asia.
