【摘要】：目前,我國(guó)高校法學(xué)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)還存在很多的問(wèn)題,教學(xué)效果也不甚理想。在高校法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)構(gòu)建高校法學(xué)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,并采取多種方法確保其運(yùn)行效果,能夠有效促進(jìn)高校法學(xué)教育教學(xué)模式與內(nèi)容改進(jìn),達(dá)成"基礎(chǔ)、實(shí)踐、能力、素質(zhì)"的實(shí)踐教學(xué)目標(biāo),最終培養(yǎng)出更多適合社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需求的高素質(zhì)法律專(zhuān)業(yè)人才。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still a lot of problems in the practice teaching of law education in Colleges and universities in China, and the effect of teaching is not very ideal. Training target guidance in the legal professional talents in Colleges and universities, through the construction of the teaching system of legal education in Colleges and universities, and adopt various methods to ensure the operation effect, can effectively promote the legal education in Colleges and universities in the teaching mode and content improved, reached a "basis, practice, ability and quality of the final goal of teaching practice, cultivate more suitable for the needs of social and economic development the quality of legal professionals.
