【摘要】：客觀地說,與一些相對(duì)成熟的哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)科相比,我國(guó)警察學(xué),從警學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論到警察部門業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)科,至今還沒有建立起能夠表明自己獨(dú)立存在和理論優(yōu)勢(shì)的成熟的范疇及范疇體系。中國(guó)警察學(xué)研究如欲擺脫以往的感性、封閉、滯后狀態(tài),就必須積極引入哲學(xué)思維,進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)范疇意識(shí),重視警察學(xué)范疇的研究。從警察哲學(xué)角度講,應(yīng)當(dāng)從內(nèi)容到體系突破既存的警察理論,構(gòu)筑起以"公安"和"治安"為邏輯起點(diǎn)范疇、以"警察"為核心范疇、以"警政"和"警務(wù)"為基本概念的一整套警學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論概念范疇體系。只有這樣,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)由注釋警察學(xué)到理論警察學(xué)的提升,使警察學(xué)研究努力體現(xiàn)時(shí)代性,把握規(guī)律性,富于創(chuàng)造性。
[Abstract]:Objectively speaking, compared with some relatively mature disciplines of philosophy and social sciences, police science in our country, from the basic theory of police science to the professional discipline of police department, has not yet established a mature category and category system which can show its own independent existence and theoretical advantages. If the study of Chinese police science wants to get rid of the past perceptual, closed and lagging state, it must actively introduce philosophical thinking, further strengthen the category consciousness, and attach importance to the study of the category of police science. From the point of view of police philosophy, we should break through the existing police theory from content to system, and construct a set of basic concept category system of police science, which takes "public security" and "public security" as the logical starting point category, "police" as the core category, and "police administration" and "police" as the basic concepts. Only in this way can we realize the promotion from annotated police learning to theoretical police science, so that the research of police science can embody the nature of the times, grasp the regularity and be creative.
