【摘要】：警察,是國(guó)家機(jī)器的組成部分;警察的形象,在很多時(shí)候代表了政府的形象。但是,現(xiàn)實(shí)中有一些警察表現(xiàn)并不好,或者工作不到位,又使之成為了社會(huì)批評(píng)的目標(biāo)。那么,我國(guó)的新聞傳播媒介怎樣處理這種矛盾,應(yīng)該怎樣客觀、正確的把警察的形象呈現(xiàn)在公眾面前呢? 出于這樣的研究目的,本文采用內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》、《南方周末》和《楚天都市報(bào)》中有關(guān)“警察”的報(bào)道進(jìn)行了分析和研究。在理論方面,本文主要運(yùn)用了霍爾的媒體再現(xiàn)觀、新聞話語(yǔ)分析理論和受眾的接受心理等相關(guān)理論,研究了當(dāng)前最為媒體關(guān)注的幾類涉警報(bào)道以及媒體報(bào)道對(duì)警察形象的影響。論文著重從負(fù)面報(bào)道中的話語(yǔ)傾向入手,分析警察負(fù)面形象的影響,研究其產(chǎn)生的原因,并從警察、媒體、受眾三方的視角來(lái)分析負(fù)面形象產(chǎn)生的原因。 論文認(rèn)為警察形象危機(jī)好比一把雙刃劍,如果處理不當(dāng),可能會(huì)使警察形象受到影響、導(dǎo)致公眾對(duì)警察組織的不信任,嚴(yán)重的可能還會(huì)影響到社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展;但是如果能找到適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒?化解警察、媒體與群眾的內(nèi)部矛盾的話,也可能使警民達(dá)到互相理解和支持,使警察在人民面前樹立起勇于承擔(dān)責(zé)任、積極改進(jìn)工作、全心全意為人民服務(wù)的良好警察形象。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文提出了新聞媒體客觀、求實(shí)地維護(hù)司法權(quán)威;拓寬輿論監(jiān)督的職能,開(kāi)展建設(shè)性批評(píng);開(kāi)通警民溝通的渠道等幾點(diǎn)建議,希望能夠從中找到媒體在呈現(xiàn)警察形象時(shí)的最佳方式,以促進(jìn)社會(huì)的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The police are an integral part of the state apparatus; the image of the police, in many cases, represents the image of the government. However, in reality, some police officers do not perform well, or the work is not in place, which makes it the target of social criticism. So, how to deal with this contradiction in the news media of our country, how to objectively and correctly present the image of the police in front of the public? For this purpose, this paper uses the content analysis method to analyze and study the reports about the police in People's Daily, Southern weekend and Chu Tian Metropolis Daily. In theory, this paper mainly uses Hall's view of media reproduction, news discourse analysis theory and audience acceptance psychology to study several types of police reports most concerned by the media and the influence of media reports on the police image. Starting with the discourse tendency in the negative report, this paper analyzes the influence of the negative image of the police, studies the causes of the negative image, and analyzes the causes of the negative image from the perspective of the police, the media and the audience. The paper holds that the crisis of police image is like a double-edged sword, if handled improperly, it may affect the image of police, lead to public distrust of police organization, and may also affect the stable development of society. However, if we can find appropriate ways to resolve the internal contradictions between the police, the media and the masses, it may also enable the police to achieve mutual understanding and support, and enable the police to establish a good police image in front of the people who have the courage to take responsibility, actively improve their work, and serve the people wholeheartedly. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as the objective and realistic maintenance of judicial authority by the news media, the widening of the function of supervision by public opinion, the development of constructive criticism, and the opening of channels of communication between the police and the people, hoping to find the best way for the media to present the image of the police in order to promote the harmonious development of society.
