【摘要】：進(jìn)入城鎮(zhèn),取得城鎮(zhèn)戶籍,原本是農(nóng)民跳出農(nóng)門、提升社會(huì)地位的強(qiáng)烈追求,但近年來(lái),隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的加速推進(jìn)以及城鎮(zhèn)戶籍附帶的各種福利的剝離,加上各種惠農(nóng)政策的實(shí)施,農(nóng)村戶籍的含金量、吸引力卻在上升,很多進(jìn)城農(nóng)民不再落戶城鎮(zhèn),而是保留農(nóng)村戶籍。這種現(xiàn)象是近年來(lái)城鎮(zhèn)化出現(xiàn)的新常態(tài),對(duì)進(jìn)城農(nóng)民自己和國(guó)家的效應(yīng)都具有兩面性,利弊兼具。需善加引導(dǎo),將積極效應(yīng)發(fā)揮到最大,而降消極效應(yīng)控制到最小。
[Abstract]:Entering cities and towns and obtaining urban household registration was originally a strong pursuit for farmers to jump out of agriculture and enhance their social status, but in recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and the stripping of various benefits attached to urban household registration, In addition, the implementation of various policies to benefit farmers, the gold content of rural household registration, but the attractiveness is rising, many farmers no longer settle in cities and towns, but retain rural household registration. This phenomenon is a new normal of urbanization in recent years, which has two effects on the farmers themselves and the country, and has both advantages and disadvantages. It is necessary to guide the positive effect to the maximum and the negative effect to the minimum.
