[Abstract]:As a special group, cadres who are changing jobs are the focus and difficulty of the confidentiality work of the army. In order to carry out the confidentiality work of the transferred cadres, we should do a good job of the following "four levels": first, close down the ideological education and build a good safety guarantee.
