【摘要】： 目前,在我國農(nóng)村,留守青少年犯罪問題日益嚴重,犯罪數(shù)量和占犯罪總數(shù)中的比例都呈逐年上升趨勢,已經(jīng)對我國社會穩(wěn)定、社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和社會主義和諧社會構(gòu)建造成了比較大的威脅。如何預(yù)防農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪,如何使農(nóng)村留守青少年健康成長,已經(jīng)是社會各界不容忽視的問題。 本文從犯罪心理學(xué)角度研究如何對農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪進行心理預(yù)防,沿著提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路展開對農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪的心理預(yù)防研究。首先講述了農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪的現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)出農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪的特征,體現(xiàn)農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪預(yù)防的必要性和緊迫性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,具體分析了農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪的心理結(jié)構(gòu)、犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)特征、犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)的組成要素和犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)的形成過程,指出農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪行為的發(fā)生是以犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)的形成為前提,明確農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪心理預(yù)防的可行性。最后,依據(jù)對農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)的深入分析,提出了農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪的心理預(yù)防框架,即采取優(yōu)化農(nóng)村留守青少年成長的心理外部環(huán)境,減少外界誘因;改善農(nóng)村留守青少年的心理結(jié)構(gòu),增強免疫力;矯治農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu),弱化犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)等有效措施。通過控制和排除與農(nóng)村留守青少年犯罪心理形成相關(guān)的因素,對農(nóng)村留守青少年的心理施加正面影響,防止犯罪心理的形成,或者對農(nóng)村留守青少年的犯罪心理進行矯治,防止其外化為犯罪行為,最終達到預(yù)防和減少犯罪的目的。
[Abstract]:At present, in the rural areas of China, the problem of juvenile delinquency is becoming more and more serious, and the number of crimes and the proportion of crimes in the total number of crimes are on the rise year by year, which has been stabilizing the society of our country. The construction of the new socialist countryside and the construction of the socialist harmonious society have caused a great threat. How to prevent rural left-behind juvenile delinquency and how to make the rural left-behind teenagers grow up healthily is a problem that can not be ignored by all walks of life. This paper studies how to prevent the left-behind juvenile delinquency in rural areas from the perspective of criminal psychology, and carries out the research on the psychological prevention of the left-behind juvenile delinquency in rural areas along the way of putting forward questions, analyzing problems and solving problems. This paper first describes the status quo of rural left-behind juvenile delinquency, and summarizes the characteristics of rural left-behind juvenile delinquency, reflecting the necessity and urgency of prevention of rural left-behind juvenile delinquency. On this basis, this paper analyzes the psychological structure, the characteristics of the criminal psychological structure, the constituent elements of the criminal psychological structure and the forming process of the criminal psychological structure of the left-behind juvenile delinquents in rural areas. It is pointed out that the occurrence of juvenile delinquency in rural areas is based on the formation of criminal psychological structure and makes clear the feasibility of psychological prevention of juvenile delinquency in rural areas. Finally, according to the in-depth analysis of the psychological structure of rural left-behind juvenile delinquency, this paper puts forward the psychological prevention framework of rural left-behind juvenile delinquency, that is, to optimize the psychological external environment of rural left-behind juvenile delinquency and reduce the external inducement; Effective measures such as improving the psychological structure of the left-behind teenagers in rural areas, enhancing the immunity, correcting the psychological structure of delinquency and weakening the criminal psychological structure of the left-behind teenagers in rural areas are effective. By controlling and excluding the factors related to the formation of rural left-behind teenagers' criminal psychology, they exert a positive influence on the psychology of rural left-behind adolescents, prevent the formation of criminal psychology, or correct the criminal psychology of rural left-behind adolescents. Prevent its externalization as a criminal act, and ultimately achieve the purpose of preventing and reducing crime.
