【摘要】： 工業(yè)社會(huì)以來,人類社會(huì)發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn),人的生活水平得到了較大提高,然而隨著全球化時(shí)代的到來,社會(huì)安全問題日益突出,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)悄然而至,人的生存和發(fā)展受到了嚴(yán)重威脅,這一切引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注和對社會(huì)發(fā)展目標(biāo)和方式的質(zhì)疑。本文結(jié)合人類社會(huì)的安全狀況,通過對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)的認(rèn)識(shí)和簡單分析,揭示了當(dāng)今社會(huì)安全問題和安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)已成為制約社會(huì)發(fā)展的主要因素,表現(xiàn)了全球化時(shí)代社會(huì)安全與社會(huì)發(fā)展矛盾的異常突出。以哲學(xué)的思維方式,運(yùn)用馬克思主義基本理論重點(diǎn)對社會(huì)安全與社會(huì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系進(jìn)行辯證分析和深入思考,挖掘社會(huì)安全與社會(huì)發(fā)展矛盾的實(shí)質(zhì)和激化原因,力求以一種新的視角來審視人類社會(huì)發(fā)展中的安全問題,反思人類社會(huì)的發(fā)展實(shí)踐,進(jìn)而提出人類社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展需要逐漸對資本主義私有制進(jìn)行改革和消滅,走社會(huì)安全與社會(huì)發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一的安全發(fā)展道路。立足現(xiàn)實(shí),充分發(fā)揮哲學(xué)解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的功能,從一般到特殊,從抽象到具體,針對我國重大突發(fā)事件頻發(fā),安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)日益增多的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,揭示出我國社會(huì)安全與社會(huì)發(fā)展矛盾的特殊性,分析了我國社會(huì)安全與社會(huì)發(fā)展矛盾突出的根源,并提出實(shí)現(xiàn)我國社會(huì)安全發(fā)展的對策、建議,以推動(dòng)我國安全發(fā)展理論的形成和安全發(fā)展實(shí)踐的順利進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:Since the industrial society, human society has developed by leaps and bounds, and people's living standard has been greatly improved. However, with the arrival of the globalization era, the social security problem is becoming increasingly prominent, and the risk society is quietly coming. The existence and development of human beings are seriously threatened, which has aroused widespread concern and questioned the goals and methods of social development. This paper combines the security situation of human society, through the understanding and simple analysis of the risk society, reveals that the social security problems and the security risks have become the main factors restricting the social development. It shows the contradiction between social security and social development in the era of globalization. In the philosophical mode of thinking, the relationship between social security and social development is dialectically analyzed and deeply pondered by using the basic Marxist theory, and the essence and intensification of the contradiction between social security and social development are excavated. This paper tries to examine the security problems in the development of human society from a new angle of view, to reflect on the development practice of human society, and to put forward that the sustainable development of human society requires the gradual reform and elimination of capitalist private ownership. Take the road of social security and social development coordinated and unified safe development. Based on reality, to give full play to the function of philosophy in solving practical problems, from general to special, from abstract to concrete, in view of the reality of the frequent occurrence of major emergencies and the increasing security risks in our country, This paper reveals the particularity of the contradiction between social security and social development in China, analyzes the root causes of the contradiction between social security and social development in China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for realizing the development of social security in China. In order to promote the formation of our country's security development theory and the smooth progress of security development practice.
