【摘要】：警察領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的文化角色,指組織及其成員期望警察領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在警察文化建設(shè)中所扮演的,與其身份、地位相稱的角色或所應(yīng)發(fā)揮的作用。優(yōu)秀的警察領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)當(dāng)成為培育警察文化的"園丁",傳播警察文化的"牧師",警察英雄精神的締造者和傳承創(chuàng)新警察文化的"接力者"。警察領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的文化境界,主要指警察領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理念之層次和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)之效果。包括警察領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的哲學(xué)境界、管理境界和人本境界。
[Abstract]:The cultural role of a police leader refers to the role or role that the organization and its members expect the police leader to play in the construction of police culture commensurate with their status and status.
