【摘要】：在城市化和工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的不斷深入中，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)快速發(fā)展導(dǎo)致對(duì)環(huán)境的索取過(guò)多，使得如今的生態(tài)環(huán)境不斷惡化，自然災(zāi)害頻頻發(fā)生，以及如今的貧富差距不斷擴(kuò)大，社會(huì)矛盾不斷加深，，人為的突發(fā)事件也在規(guī)模和頻次上不斷升級(jí)，再加上傳統(tǒng)的消防類別，如此多的群發(fā)性災(zāi)害，再依靠傳統(tǒng)的以地區(qū)、部門(mén)、災(zāi)種來(lái)進(jìn)行應(yīng)急救援管理，已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)下社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀對(duì)消防應(yīng)急救援管理提出的要求了。[6]本文主要通過(guò)SWOT分析法，對(duì)當(dāng)前消防應(yīng)急救援進(jìn)行分析研究，來(lái)探尋消防應(yīng)急救援的最佳管理模式。本文首先介紹了消防應(yīng)急救援管理的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展；其次論證了SWOT分析法與消防應(yīng)急救援管理的邏輯關(guān)系；再次，著重對(duì)基于SWOT的消防應(yīng)急救援管理存在問(wèn)題分析；最后，針對(duì)目前我國(guó)消防應(yīng)急救援管理的優(yōu)勢(shì)、存在的問(wèn)題、面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，改善我國(guó)消防應(yīng)急救援的對(duì)策可以從四個(gè)方面入手：一是改善消防應(yīng)急救援的不足；二是發(fā)揮應(yīng)急救援管理的優(yōu)勢(shì)；三是迎接消防應(yīng)急救援的挑戰(zhàn)；四是利用消防應(yīng)急救援的機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization and industrialization, rapid economic and social development has led to excessive demand for the environment, which has led to the deterioration of the ecological environment today, the frequent occurrence of natural disasters, and the widening gap between the rich and the poor. Social contradictions continue to deepen, man-made emergencies are also constantly upgraded in scale and frequency, coupled with traditional fire protection categories, so many mass disasters rely on traditional emergency management in terms of regions, departments, and disasters. It has been unable to meet the requirements of the current social situation for fire emergency rescue management. [6] this paper mainly through SWOT analysis to the current fire emergency rescue analysis and research to explore the best fire emergency rescue management model. This paper firstly introduces the research progress of fire emergency rescue management at home and abroad, then demonstrates the logical relationship between SWOT analysis method and fire emergency rescue management; thirdly, analyzes the existing problems of fire emergency rescue management based on SWOT. Finally, in view of the advantages, existing problems, opportunities and challenges of fire emergency rescue management in China, the countermeasures to improve the fire emergency rescue in China can be started from four aspects: first, to improve the shortage of fire emergency rescue; The second is to give full play to the advantages of emergency rescue management, the third is to meet the challenge of fire emergency rescue, and the fourth is to make use of the opportunity of fire emergency rescue.
