【摘要】：目的探討X-STR和常染色體STR在二聯(lián)體親權(quán)鑒定中的應(yīng)用價值。方法分別采用Sinofiler試劑盒和Mentype Argus X-8試劑盒對104例二聯(lián)體親權(quán)鑒定的樣本DNA進(jìn)行基因分型,并對各個STR基因座在排除案例中的應(yīng)用價值進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果Sinofiler試劑盒和Mentype汶Argus X-8試劑盒對其中102例案件均可獲得相同的鑒定結(jié)論;另外2例案件中,分別在DXS10074和DXS10035基因座檢見突變可能。在69例排除案例中,Sinofiler檢測系統(tǒng)中以D8S1179基因座的排除率最高,為56.52%;Mentype汶Argus X-8檢測系統(tǒng)中以DXS10135基因座的排除率最高,達(dá)到85.51%。結(jié)論X-STR在法醫(yī)學(xué)中具有很好的應(yīng)用價值,不僅可以成為常染色體STR的重要補充,而且可以解決一些特殊案例的鑒定難題。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application value of X-STR and autosomal STR in diad paternity determination. Methods Sinofiler kit and Mentype Argus X-8 kit were used to analyze the genotyping of 104 DNA samples of diad paternity test, and the application value of each STR locus in exclusion cases was analyzed statistically. Results both the Sinofiler kit and the Mentype Argus X-8 kit obtained the same identification results in 102 cases, while in the other two cases, mutations were detected in DXS10074 and DXS10035 loci, respectively. In 69 exclusion cases, the exclusion rate of D8S1179 locus was the highest in Sinofiler detection system, and the highest exclusion rate was DXS10135 locus in 56.52% Mentype Wen Argus X-8 detection system, which reached 85.51%. Conclusion X-STR has a good application value in forensic medicine. It can not only be an important supplement to autosomal STR, but also solve the problem of identification of some special cases.
