【摘要】：本文通過列舉催生鑒定人助理制度的客觀形勢(shì),分析該制度產(chǎn)生的主客觀因素,闡述鑒定人助理制度和鑒定人助理的概念及制度構(gòu)架,說明建立鑒定人助理制度有利于穩(wěn)定司法鑒定人隊(duì)伍,規(guī)范提高司法鑒定從業(yè)人員專業(yè)素質(zhì),推動(dòng)司法鑒定職業(yè)化,是司法鑒定制度改革的必然要求。
[Abstract]:By enumerating the objective situation that gave birth to the system of expert assistants, this paper analyzes the subjective and objective factors of the system, and expounds the concepts and system framework of the system of expert assistants and expert assistants.
