【摘要】："優(yōu)勢視角"是社會工作學(xué)的基本原理,通過比較分析"優(yōu)勢視角"與"問題視角"的根本區(qū)別和優(yōu)勢,繼而分析殘疾未成年犯的生理、心理特點及特殊潛能、優(yōu)勢,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)"優(yōu)勢視角"理論在殘疾未成年犯"寓教于審"工作中具有重要意義。結(jié)合法院在幫教實踐中探索成功的典型案例、工作的途徑、模式和方略等,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)"優(yōu)勢視角"原理應(yīng)當(dāng)更廣泛地應(yīng)用到更多的特殊未成年人群體的教育和矯正工作中去。
[Abstract]:"advantage angle" is the basic principle of social work. Through comparative analysis of the fundamental differences and advantages between "advantage perspective" and "problem perspective", the author then analyzes the physiological, psychological characteristics, special potential and advantages of juvenile offenders with disabilities. It can be found that the theory of advantage perspective is of great significance in the work of "putting education into trial" for juvenile offenders with disabilities. Combining with the typical cases, working ways, models and strategies of the court in the practice of helping and teaching, it can be found that the principle of "superior angle of view" should be more widely applied to the education and correction of more special groups of minors.
