大鼠死后腦組織FTIR光譜變化與死亡時間的關(guān)系

【摘要】:應(yīng)用傅里葉變換紅外(FTIR)光譜技術(shù)分析大鼠死后腦組織隨死亡時間推移的化學(xué)變化過程,為死亡時間推斷的研究提供新的途徑與數(shù)據(jù)。大鼠斷頸處死后置于室溫(20±2)℃環(huán)境下,在不同時間點提取大鼠腦皮質(zhì),運用FTIR光譜儀檢測不同化學(xué)基團的變化。隨著死亡時間的推移,大鼠腦組織FTIR光譜的主要吸收峰峰位沒有明顯變化,而其峰高有明顯差異:(1)與核酸有關(guān)的譜帶的相對峰強呈明顯下降趨勢;(2)酰胺Ⅱ和Ⅰ的峰強比呈上升趨勢;1 338,1 313 cm-1,1 398 cm-1的峰強比呈下降趨勢。(3)1 456和1 398cm-1譜帶的峰強各自呈下降和上升趨勢。(4)2 852,2 871,2 923,2 958 cm-1的峰強相對于1 647 cm-1而言,呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。
