【摘要】：世界偵查發(fā)端于中國,早在秦漢時期,司法人員已運用現(xiàn)場勘驗方法偵查刑事案件。史至宋代,現(xiàn)場勘驗方法在偵查中得到了廣泛的運用。宋代在現(xiàn)場勘驗的偵查實踐中,創(chuàng)設了"先靜后動"的勘驗規(guī)則和現(xiàn)場勘驗、尸體檢驗、現(xiàn)場訪問三位一體的勘驗模式,在中國歷史上最早使用了現(xiàn)場繪圖技術(shù),這些都證明宋代現(xiàn)場勘驗在中國偵查史上占有重要地位�！断丛┘洝分嘘P于現(xiàn)場勘驗步驟、方法和技術(shù)的記載證實,其不僅是世界上最早的法醫(yī)學著作,而且是中國最早的關于現(xiàn)場勘驗的偵查學著作。
[Abstract]:World investigation originated in China, as early as the Qin and Han dynasties, judicial personnel have used on-site investigation methods to investigate criminal cases. From the Song Dynasty to the Song Dynasty, the field investigation method has been widely used in the investigation. In the investigation practice of site investigation in Song Dynasty, the rules of "first static before moving" and the investigation mode of on-site investigation, corpse examination and on-site interview were created. The field drawing technology was first used in the history of China. All this proves that the site investigation in the Song Dynasty occupies an important position in the history of investigation in China. The records of the procedures, methods and techniques of on-site investigation in the Collection of Remembrance of grievances confirm that it is not only the earliest forensic work in the world. And is China's first on-the-spot investigation of the work.
