【摘要】： 近年來,我國的未成年人犯罪已逐漸成為一個嚴(yán)峻的社會問題,未成年人犯罪數(shù)量在逐年上升,犯罪類型漸趨多樣化,犯罪性質(zhì)及惡性程度不斷升級。在這些犯罪的未成年人中,屬于單親家庭的占有很大一部分比例。 單親家庭中存在的種種問題,使這些家庭的未成年子女的身心健康受到影響,許多單親家庭的未成年子女,在社會不良因素的影響下走上犯罪道路,日漸成為一個嚴(yán)重的社會問題。單親家庭未成年人作為社會的一個特殊群體,他們的違法犯罪有自身的特點和深層次復(fù)雜的原因。 本文結(jié)合單親家庭未成年人的身心特點,剖析其犯罪的原因,結(jié)合中國國情和單親家庭未成年子女犯罪現(xiàn)狀,以及一些具體案例,對單親家庭未成年人犯罪的特點、獨特原因進行分析,為保護這些單親家庭未成年人的合法權(quán)利,防止他們走向犯罪的道路,作者從家庭預(yù)防、學(xué)校預(yù)防、社會幫助、司法對策等方面,對全面完善我國單親家庭未成年人犯罪的預(yù)防體系提出了自己的見解。
[Abstract]:In recent years, juvenile delinquency in China has gradually become a severe social problem, the number of juvenile delinquency is increasing year by year, the types of crime are gradually diversification, the nature of crime and the degree of malignancy continue to upgrade. A large proportion of minors in these crimes belong to single-parent families. The problems existing in single-parent families have affected the physical and mental health of their minor children, and many of the minor children of single-parent families have embarked on the path of crime under the influence of adverse social factors, It is becoming a serious social problem. As a special group in society, single-parent minors have their own characteristics and complicated reasons. Combined with the physical and mental characteristics of minors in single-parent families, this paper analyzes the causes of their crimes, the current situation of juvenile delinquency in single-parent families, and some specific cases, the characteristics of juvenile delinquency in single-parent families. In order to protect the legal rights of the minors in these single-parent families and prevent them from going to the road of crime, the author analyzes the unique reasons from the aspects of family prevention, school prevention, social assistance, judicial countermeasures, and so on. The author puts forward his own opinion on the prevention system of juvenile delinquency in single-parent families.
