【摘要】：鑒定人在整個鑒定活動中舉足輕重的地位,決定了司法鑒定人制度是司法鑒定制度的核心。司法鑒定人助理制度可以有效的解決司法鑒定人資格認證制度方面的不足,也是緩解鑒定人才匱乏、保障鑒定隊伍可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The decisive position of the appraiser in the whole appraisal activity determines that the system of judicial expert is the core of the judicial authentication system. The assistant system of judicial experts can effectively solve the shortcomings of the qualification certification system of judicial experts, and it is also an effective way to alleviate the lack of qualified personnel and ensure the sustainable development of the appraisal team.
