【摘要】：目的分析15例相約自殺死亡案件的特點(diǎn),為此類型自殺案件的法醫(yī)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘驗(yàn)及死亡方式鑒定提供參考和借鑒。方法收集2006—2016年上海市閔行區(qū)及虹口區(qū)發(fā)生的相約自殺死亡案件15例,對(duì)案件中相約自殺人員的性別、年齡、關(guān)系、相約方式、自殺動(dòng)機(jī)、自殺方式及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 15例案件中,男性多于女性,主要為18~44歲青年,大部分有明確的自殺動(dòng)機(jī),網(wǎng)絡(luò)相約自殺案例明顯增多,采用燒炭方式自殺者居多,大部分選擇賓(旅)館作為實(shí)施自殺的處所,一般采取相同的自殺方式。結(jié)論了解案件特點(diǎn)有助于法醫(yī)在同類型案件中抓住現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘驗(yàn)重點(diǎn),對(duì)死亡方式和性質(zhì)作出快速、準(zhǔn)確的判斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of 15 cases of suicide cases, and to provide reference for the forensic medical examination and the identification of the methods of death in this type of suicide cases. Methods A total of 15 cases of suicide related to suicide occurred in Minhang District and Hongkou District of Shanghai from 2006 to 2016 were collected. The sex, age, relationship, pattern and motive of suicide were analyzed. The methods of suicide and the situation of the scene were analyzed statistically. Results among the 15 cases, the male was more than the female, mainly 180-44 years old, most of them had definite suicidal motive, the number of suicide cases of network dating increased obviously, and the majority of suicides were committed by the way of burning charcoal. Most of the guest pavilions were chosen as the places where suicide was carried out, and generally the same way of suicide was adopted. Conclusion understanding the characteristics of cases is helpful for forensic doctors to grasp the emphasis of field investigation in the same type of cases and to make quick and accurate judgment on the way and nature of death.
