DNA遺傳標(biāo)記的法醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用參數(shù)計(jì)算軟件的開發(fā)

【摘要】: 前言 隨著科技的發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)已經(jīng)逐步滲透到人們生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。這種技術(shù)在法醫(yī)學(xué)中最主要的應(yīng)用是法醫(yī)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫,這種軟件主要用于偵破各種案件以及串并案。此外另一種適用于鑒定中心使用的親子鑒定管理軟件也有很高的實(shí)用價(jià)值,這種軟件主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)于各種親權(quán)指數(shù)以及基礎(chǔ)性研究中參數(shù)的計(jì)算,用于對(duì)于物證分型結(jié)果進(jìn)行解釋和量化,從而得出科學(xué)的鑒定結(jié)論,為親權(quán)鑒定工作提供有力支持。 目前,各種各樣的親子鑒定管理軟件被相繼開發(fā)出來,國(guó)外比較有代表性的比如DNA-VIEWER,該軟件可以在Windows XP, Vista,98,或DOS系統(tǒng)上運(yùn)行,可以用于犯罪鑒定,親子鑒定,災(zāi)難鑒定和科學(xué)研究。國(guó)內(nèi)也有四川華西醫(yī)科大學(xué)法醫(yī)學(xué)院等機(jī)構(gòu)開發(fā)出相應(yīng)的軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)親子鑒定計(jì)算,案件信息存儲(chǔ)等功能。但國(guó)內(nèi)的國(guó)內(nèi)的軟件與國(guó)外的軟件在功能結(jié)構(gòu)上比較相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單,功能局限,很多軟件基因頻率存儲(chǔ)并不是在數(shù)據(jù)庫中,因而不能根據(jù)地區(qū)民族存儲(chǔ)和利用數(shù)據(jù)。大多需要完全借助第三方軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)打印功能,不能實(shí)現(xiàn)頻率調(diào)查研究中DP,PE值的相關(guān)計(jì)算功能。 有鑒于此本研究采用當(dāng)前最流行的編程語言之一JAVA以及window操作系統(tǒng)自帶的access數(shù)據(jù)庫,結(jié)合概率論及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)中相關(guān)算法原理開發(fā)出一套適合于親子鑒定工作使用的,界面使用方便,可進(jìn)行親權(quán)指數(shù)計(jì)算,及案件信息存儲(chǔ),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果以及鑒定報(bào)告打印的法醫(yī)學(xué)親子鑒定管理軟件。 材料和方法 1、硬件平臺(tái):奔騰2.88G雙核,512M內(nèi)存配置電腦一臺(tái)。 2、軟件平臺(tái):WINDOWS XP操作系統(tǒng)、JAVA編程語言、access數(shù)據(jù)庫、exej4外包軟件。 3、計(jì)算方法:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三聯(lián)體,單親二聯(lián)體,雙親皆疑三聯(lián)體中各種等位基因分型情況下的PI值,以及累計(jì)的CPI值,RCP值計(jì)算公式.身份識(shí)別Pm,DP計(jì)算公式.遺傳標(biāo)記頻率調(diào)查中基因頻率,基因型頻率,DP值,PE值,雜合度計(jì)算公式。 實(shí)現(xiàn)功能 1、實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)不同地區(qū)民族等位基因頻率與等位基因分型頻率的動(dòng)態(tài)存儲(chǔ)和刪除?蓪⑾嚓P(guān)文獻(xiàn)摘錄的數(shù)據(jù)保存到數(shù)據(jù)庫中。 2、頻率調(diào)查研究中,基因頻率,基因型頻率,DP(個(gè)人識(shí)別率),PE(非父排除率),H(雜合度)的計(jì)算。并將計(jì)算得到的基因頻率,基因型頻率存儲(chǔ)到數(shù)據(jù)庫中。 3、案件信息的存儲(chǔ),包括委托人信息,當(dāng)事人信息,以及案件使用等位基因遺傳標(biāo)記以及分型情況,計(jì)算結(jié)果的存儲(chǔ)。 4、根據(jù)姓名進(jìn)行案件編號(hào)查詢,根據(jù)案件編號(hào)進(jìn)行案件相關(guān)信息恢復(fù),刪除功能。根據(jù)年份進(jìn)行不同類型案件例數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)的功能。 5、親權(quán)鑒定中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三聯(lián)體,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)二聯(lián)體,雙親皆疑三聯(lián)體的PI, CPI, RCP的計(jì)算以及基因位點(diǎn)任意定義的功能。身份識(shí)別中DP, TDP的計(jì)算以及基因位點(diǎn)任意定義的功能。將輸入數(shù)據(jù)與計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示在同一界面上,并對(duì)每個(gè)位點(diǎn)給出相應(yīng)的PI值。 6、打印功能,包括計(jì)算結(jié)果表格打印和鑒定報(bào)告打印兩部分。 結(jié)論 使用JAVA編程語言與Access數(shù)據(jù)庫相結(jié)合,開發(fā)出適合法醫(yī)物證鑒定中心使用的親子鑒定管理軟件。進(jìn)行親子鑒定計(jì)算和案件信息管理,更好的為親子鑒定工作服務(wù)。

With the development of science and technology, computer technology has gradually penetrated into all areas of people's lives. The most important application of this technology in forensic medicine is forensic DNA database. This software is mainly used to detect various cases and concurrent cases. In addition, another kind of parentage identification management software which is suitable for the identification center also has a high degree of reality. With value, this software mainly realizes the calculation of various parentage indices and parameters in basic research, which can be used to interpret and quantify the results of physical evidence typing, so as to draw scientific conclusions and provide strong support for parentage identification.
At present, a variety of paternity testing management software has been developed, such as DNA-VIEWER, which can be run on Windows XP, Vista, 98, or DOS system. It can be used in crime identification, paternity identification, disaster identification and scientific research. But the domestic software and the foreign software are relatively simple in function structure and function limitation, many software gene frequency storage is not in the database, therefore can not store and use the data according to the region nationality. Help third party software realize printing function, can not achieve the frequency investigation and study of DP, PE value related calculation function.
In view of this, this research uses JAVA, one of the most popular programming languages, and access database of Windows operating system, and combines the theory of probability and the related algorithm principle of mathematical statistics to develop a set of suitable for parent-child identification. The interface is easy to use, and it can be used to calculate the parental index, and the case information storage, experimental results. The forensic paternity management software is printed in the identification report.
Materials and methods
1, hardware platform: Pentium 2.88G dual core, 512M memory configuration computer.
2, software platform: WINDOWS XP operating system, JAVA programming language, access database, exej4 outsourcing software.
3. Calculation methods: The PI values of standard triplet, uniparental diploid, and parental suspected triploid, as well as the cumulative CPI values and RCP values calculation formulas. Identification Pm, DP calculation formulas. Gene frequency, genotype frequency, DP value, PE value, heterozygosity calculation formulas in genetic marker frequency survey.
Implement function
1. The dynamic storage and deletion of allele frequencies and allele typing frequencies for different ethnic groups in different regions are realized. The data extracted from relevant literatures can be stored in a database.
2. Gene frequencies, genotype frequencies, DP (personal identification rate), PE (non-paternity exclusion rate), H (heterozygosity) were calculated in the frequency survey. The calculated gene frequencies and genotype frequencies were stored in the database.
3. Storage of case information, including client information, party information, and the use of allele genetic markers and typing of cases, the storage of calculation results.
4, according to the name of the case number inquiry, according to the case number of the case related information recovery, deletion function.
5. The calculation of PI, CPI, RCP and the function of arbitrary definition of gene locus in paternity testing. The calculation of DP, TDP and the function of arbitrary definition of gene locus in identification. The input data and calculation results are displayed on the same interface, and the corresponding PI values for each locus are given.
6, printing function, including calculation result table printing and identification report printing two parts.
conclusion
With the combination of JAVA programming language and Access database, a paternity testing management software suitable for forensic material evidence appraisal center is developed. The paternity testing calculation and case information management are carried out to better serve the work of paternity testing.
