【摘要】：辦案成本是公安機(jī)關(guān)在證據(jù)的收集,證據(jù)的審查判斷,證明活動(dòng)和適用法律、法規(guī)等有關(guān)證明活動(dòng)的過程中所產(chǎn)生的資金耗費(fèi)。在公安機(jī)關(guān)發(fā)生的所有專門業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)費(fèi)支出中,案件經(jīng)費(fèi)的支出是重中之重,刑事案件中的命案更顯得突出。本文通過對(duì)吉林省2012年度發(fā)生的殺人案件為樣本進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查研究(共回收有效調(diào)查表372份),構(gòu)筑了命案辦案過程的指標(biāo)體系,創(chuàng)建了命案辦案成本測(cè)算方法,并根據(jù)吉林省的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。
[Abstract]:The cost of handling a case is the expenditure of funds generated by the public security organs in the process of collecting evidence, examining and judging evidence, proving activities and applying laws and regulations. Of all the special business expenses incurred by public security organs, the expenditure of case funds is the most important, and the homicide cases in criminal cases are even more prominent. Based on the investigation and study of the homicide cases in Jilin Province in 2012 (372 valid questionnaires are collected), the index system of the homicide case handling process is constructed, and the method of calculating the cost of the homicide case handling is established. According to the investigation data of Jilin Province, the empirical study is carried out.
