【摘要】：根據(jù)偵查訊問的具體任務(wù)和訊問活動的外在特征,可以把偵查訊問劃分為六個不同環(huán)節(jié),其中核心環(huán)節(jié)是態(tài)度轉(zhuǎn)化環(huán)節(jié)和陳述引導(dǎo)環(huán)節(jié)。態(tài)度轉(zhuǎn)化環(huán)節(jié)的任務(wù)包括四方面:控制情緒、改變認(rèn)知、說服溝通和引導(dǎo)決策;陳述引導(dǎo)環(huán)節(jié)的任務(wù)包括:提取記憶信息、核對心理狀態(tài)、喚醒記憶和核實(shí)信息。態(tài)度轉(zhuǎn)化是訊問的難點(diǎn),陳述引導(dǎo)則決定了供述的質(zhì)量。這兩個環(huán)節(jié)在信息流向、話語量、話輪和話題控制、打斷與重疊的分布以及會話的模式上都存在明顯差異。因具體情況不同,訊問中兩個核心環(huán)節(jié)會出現(xiàn)循環(huán)和反復(fù)。
[Abstract]:According to the specific tasks of investigation and interrogation and the external characteristics of interrogation activities, the investigation and interrogation can be divided into six different links, among which the key links are attitude transformation and statement guidance. The task of attitude transformation includes four aspects: controlling emotion, changing cognition, persuading communication and guiding decision, while the tasks of statement and guidance include extracting memory information, checking mental state, arousing memory and verifying information. Attitude transformation is the difficulty of interrogation, and statement guidance determines the quality of confession. There are significant differences in the flow of information, the amount of discourse, the turn and topic control, the distribution of interruptions and overlaps, and the patterns of conversation. Because of the specific situation, the two core links in interrogation will appear cycle and repetition.
