【摘要】： 近年來吸毒已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問題。我國(guó)現(xiàn)行刑事立法并沒有把吸毒行為犯罪化,而是對(duì)這一有著嚴(yán)重社會(huì)危害性的行為以強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒的方式加以治理。法律規(guī)定吸毒者接受戒毒治療既是其權(quán)利也是其義務(wù)。新《禁毒法》將勞教戒毒與公安強(qiáng)制戒毒改革為強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒,這一轉(zhuǎn)變是對(duì)吸毒者藥物濫用的病人身份的強(qiáng)調(diào),也是對(duì)強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒機(jī)構(gòu)治療功能的強(qiáng)調(diào)。立法者越來越清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)到吸毒行為客觀上是一種生理病態(tài),是成癮藥物對(duì)人精神系統(tǒng)控制所致。對(duì)戒毒人員進(jìn)行心理治療是減輕吸毒行為社會(huì)危害性的最終、最有效的做法。 本文的切入點(diǎn)并不是現(xiàn)行強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒治療系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,而是戒毒人員生理、心理的癥狀和癥因,自成體系設(shè)置了一套戒毒康復(fù)個(gè)別心理治療系統(tǒng)。戒毒人員心理治療是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,戒毒模式和具體心理治療方法分別是心理治療系統(tǒng)的“軀體”與“靈魂”。比較國(guó)內(nèi)外戒毒模式,根據(jù)我國(guó)具體情況,強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒是最有利于我國(guó)大多數(shù)戒毒人員成功心理脫癮的治療模式。在健全的、科學(xué)有效的強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒模式保障下,具體心理治療工作得已展開。戒毒人員具備相當(dāng)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)能力是個(gè)別心理治療取得成效的前提。伴隨戒毒人員學(xué)習(xí)能力的提高,運(yùn)用各種個(gè)別心理治療療法進(jìn)行治療,并在強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒人員回歸社會(huì)前,做好強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒個(gè)別心理治療與家庭心理支持、社區(qū)心理脫癮治療的銜接,以保障戒毒人員出所后保持良好操守。最后,以科學(xué)性、客觀性、可操作性為原則設(shè)置強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒效果評(píng)估體系,對(duì)強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒個(gè)別心理治療效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估。本文所設(shè)置的戒毒效果評(píng)估系統(tǒng)是強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒個(gè)別心理治療治的一部分,評(píng)估對(duì)象是戒毒人員自身戒毒情況,而非治療系統(tǒng)本身。該評(píng)估系統(tǒng)采用心理測(cè)量和心理調(diào)查的手段,通過量表測(cè)試,對(duì)戒毒人員毒品依賴程度,戒毒效果及復(fù)吸概率等狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)估,為個(gè)別心理治療工作展開提供準(zhǔn)確、詳實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Drug abuse has become a serious social problem in recent years. The current criminal legislation of our country does not criminalize drug abuse, but to deal with this behavior which has serious social harmfulness by the way of compulsive isolation detoxification. The law stipulates that drug addicts receive drug treatment both as their right and as their duty. The reform of reeducation through labour and compulsory detoxification by public security is regarded as compulsory and isolated detoxification in the new Drug Control Law, which emphasizes the identity of drug abusers as well as the treatment function of drug addicts. It is more and more clear to the legislator that drug-taking behavior is a kind of physiological disease objectively, which is the result of addictive drugs controlling the mental system of human beings. Psychotherapy for drug addicts is the ultimate and most effective way to reduce the social harm of drug abuse. The breakthrough point of this paper is not the advantages and disadvantages of the current compulsory isolation drug treatment system, but the physiological and psychological symptoms and symptoms of detoxification personnel, and a set of individual psychotherapy system for rehabilitation of detoxification and rehabilitation has been set up in its own system. The psychotherapy of detoxification is a systematic engineering. The detoxification mode and the specific psychotherapy methods are respectively the "body" and "soul" of the psychotherapy system. Compared with the domestic and foreign detoxification models, according to the specific situation of our country, compulsory isolation is the most favorable treatment mode for the majority of drug addicts to succeed in psychological withdrawal. Under the guarantee of sound, scientific and effective compulsory isolation, the specific psychotherapy has been carried out. Detoxification personnel have considerable learning ability is the premise of individual psychotherapy to achieve success. With the improvement of drug addicts' learning ability, individual psychotherapy was used to treat drug addicts, and individual psychotherapy and family psychological support were done well before the forced isolation of drug addicts returned to society. Community psychological withdrawal treatment interface to ensure that drug addicts to maintain good conduct. Finally, the evaluation system of the effect of compulsory isolation detoxification was set up based on the principles of science, objectivity and maneuverability, and the effect of individual psychological treatment of compulsory isolation detoxification was evaluated. The detoxification effect evaluation system is a part of the individual psychotherapy in the compulsory isolation of drug treatment, and the evaluation object is the detoxification situation of the drug addicts themselves, not the treatment system itself. By means of psychological measurement and psychological investigation, the evaluation system evaluates the degree of drug dependence, the effect of detoxification and the probability of relapse of drug addicts by means of the scale test, so as to provide an accurate basis for individual psychotherapy work.
