【摘要】：在系列案件偵查中,對案發(fā)地空間分布規(guī)律的研究是偵查機(jī)關(guān)準(zhǔn)確把握案件特點、查明犯罪嫌疑人行為模式、獲取偵查線索的重要情報分析手段之一。犯罪地理分析以案件及各類相關(guān)因素與地理要素的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系為主要研究對象,以犯罪熱點分析、空間分布比對、動態(tài)演變分析以及發(fā)案地預(yù)測等基本方法為核心內(nèi)容。其可以在系列案件空間分布規(guī)律的研究中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:In the investigation of a series of cases, the study of the spatial distribution of the crime place is one of the important means of information analysis for the investigation organ to grasp the characteristics of the case accurately, to find out the behavior pattern of the criminal suspect, and to obtain the investigation clue. The main research object of crime geography analysis is the relationship between cases and related factors and geographical elements, and the basic methods such as crime hot spot analysis, spatial distribution comparison, dynamic evolution analysis and prediction of the place where the crime originated are the core contents of the crime geography analysis. It can play an important role in the study of the spatial distribution of a series of cases.
