【摘要】：文章指出公安專業(yè)師資隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)狀存在三個(gè)方面的問題,即傳統(tǒng)的人事管理模式與現(xiàn)今人力資源開發(fā)與管理觀念的沖突;教師理論與實(shí)踐聯(lián)系弱化與實(shí)際"雙師型"師資要求的沖突;"經(jīng)院式"教學(xué)與多樣需求之間的沖突等問題突出。通過國內(nèi)外發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)的比較,進(jìn)一步提出確立新時(shí)期人力資源開發(fā)與管理的理念、注重師資隊(duì)伍的培養(yǎng)與開發(fā)、優(yōu)化重組公安專業(yè)師資隊(duì)的混合編制師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)路徑。
[Abstract]:This paper points out that there are three problems in the present situation of the teaching staff of public security specialty, namely, the conflict between the traditional personnel management mode and the concept of human resources development and management; The conflict between the weakening of teachers' theory and practice and the requirement of "double-qualified" teachers, and the conflict between "academic teaching" and diverse demands are prominent. Through the comparison of the developed countries and regions at home and abroad, the author puts forward the idea of establishing the development and management of human resources in the new period, and pays attention to the cultivation and development of the teaching staff. Optimize the construction path of reorganizing the mixed establishment of public security professional teaching staff.
