【摘要】：本文從批判犯罪學(xué)的視角,以刑罰性社會(huì)與社會(huì)控制為主線,詳細(xì)闡述了西方社會(huì)不斷發(fā)展的社會(huì)控制新視覺,其中包括監(jiān)獄與社區(qū)控制間的關(guān)系,監(jiān)獄、社區(qū)控制與公眾參與間的關(guān)系,以及社區(qū)控制的現(xiàn)代化和對(duì)私人安全的投入等。其中的利弊紛說,可謂是淋漓盡致。想必這些,對(duì)于我國(guó)正在興起的社區(qū)矯治建設(shè)中的借鑒和參考會(huì)有所裨益。
