【摘要】：在國(guó)際科學(xué)界,被SCI收錄或引用的科技論文數(shù)量已經(jīng)成為評(píng)價(jià)研究成果學(xué)術(shù)水平、衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家的基礎(chǔ)研究水平和科技實(shí)力水平的重要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。我國(guó)從上世紀(jì)80年代起開(kāi)始廣泛采用SCI論文評(píng)價(jià)科研水平。結(jié)合我國(guó)司法鑒定領(lǐng)域SCI論文發(fā)表現(xiàn)狀,探討其對(duì)科學(xué)研究的引領(lǐng)作用,對(duì)推進(jìn)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新有積極意義。
[Abstract]:In the international scientific community, the number of scientific papers collected or cited by sci has become an important evaluation index for evaluating the academic level of research achievements and measuring the level of basic research and scientific and technological strength of a country. Since 1980's, sci papers have been widely used to evaluate scientific research level in China. According to the present situation of sci papers published in the field of forensic expertise in China, this paper discusses the leading role of sci in scientific research and has positive significance in promoting discipline innovation.
