【摘要】： 在城市社會(huì)的迅速變遷過(guò)程中,原來(lái)的社會(huì)規(guī)范在松動(dòng),社會(huì)的約束體系也有弱化和解構(gòu)的趨勢(shì),這會(huì)影響到社會(huì)秩序的維持與社會(huì)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。而具有城市生活經(jīng)歷的未成年人,其獨(dú)特的生理及心理特點(diǎn)決定了其對(duì)城市變化的敏感度,研究他們的越軌行為的發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程就具有一定的社會(huì)價(jià)值和理論意義。在諸多研究青少年越軌的理論中,赫希的社會(huì)約束理論在學(xué)術(shù)界具有很大的影響力,他提出了個(gè)人與社會(huì)聯(lián)系的四個(gè)成分,即依戀一奉獻(xiàn)一卷入一信念是影響少年犯罪的重要因素。本文在介紹其理論的核心思想的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用從未管所收集的個(gè)案資料進(jìn)行分析,提出了城市未成年人越軌行為的發(fā)生發(fā)展與約束體系的解構(gòu)過(guò)程以及具體作用模型。全文共分有六章: 第一章為導(dǎo)論部分,介紹了本文研究的緣起,提出了城市生活背景下的未成年人越軌問(wèn)題的研究意義,并對(duì)本文的一些重要概念進(jìn)行了界定與分析。 第二章介紹了研究背景,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的越軌理論、越軌行為研究、社會(huì)約束理論的成果進(jìn)行了分析和歸納,簡(jiǎn)要分析了國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有研究的不足之處。 第三章介紹了本文的研究方法和資料的來(lái)源。本文的研究方法為城市社會(huì)生活史的研究方法,通過(guò)對(duì)具有城市生活經(jīng)歷的未成年人在城市的生活史的過(guò)程分析來(lái)得出研究結(jié)論。資料來(lái)源于未管所的個(gè)案,具體包括三個(gè)部分,個(gè)案訪談、個(gè)人自傳與問(wèn)卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),其中問(wèn)卷調(diào)查只是作為輔助性的資料。并在此章對(duì)資料中個(gè)案的基本情況進(jìn)行了分析。 第四章根據(jù)赫希的理論框架,結(jié)合個(gè)案的具體情況,從依戀、奉獻(xiàn)、卷入、信念四個(gè)方面對(duì)這些個(gè)案未成年人越軌行為發(fā)生發(fā)展路徑與約束體系弱化及解構(gòu)過(guò)程的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析。 第五章為本文的研究總結(jié),并根據(jù)赫希的社會(huì)約束理論在我們這些個(gè)案的解釋的不足之處,本研究提出了城市未成年人越軌行為的發(fā)生發(fā)展與約束體系的解構(gòu)過(guò)程及具體作用模式。 第六章為結(jié)語(yǔ),根據(jù)本文的研究結(jié)論,希望能從為了城市和未成年人共同的未來(lái)的角度,社會(huì)各方面努力去營(yíng)造一個(gè)有利于城市社會(huì)秩序維持和城市發(fā)展,有利于未成年人成長(zhǎng)的環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid change of urban society, the original social norms are loosening, and the social restraint system has the tendency of weakening and deconstruction, which will affect the maintenance of social order and the achievement of social goals. However, the unique physiological and psychological characteristics of minors with urban life experience determine their sensitivity to urban changes. It is of certain social value and theoretical significance to study the occurrence and development process of their deviant behavior. Among all the theories on teenagers' transgression, Hershey's theory of social restraint has great influence in academic circles. He puts forward four elements of personal and social connection. Attachment, dedication and involvement in a belief is an important factor affecting juvenile delinquency. Based on the introduction of the core ideas of his theory and the analysis of the case data collected by the Institute, this paper puts forward the process of occurrence, development and the deconstruction of the restraint system of the urban minor's deviant behavior and its concrete function model. The paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, which introduces the origin of this study, and puts forward the significance of the study of the underage deviant under the background of urban life. Some important concepts of this paper are defined and analyzed. The second chapter introduces the research background, analyzes and summarizes the research results of deviant theory, deviant behavior and social restraint theory at home and abroad, and briefly analyzes the deficiencies of the existing research in China. The third chapter introduces the research method and the source of the data. The research method of this paper is the research method of the urban social life history, through the analysis of the process of the life history of the minors in the city which has the urban life experience, the conclusion of the study is drawn. The data come from the unmanaged cases, including three parts, case interview, personal autobiography and questionnaire data, in which the questionnaire is only used as supplementary data. In this chapter, the basic situation of the case in the data is analyzed. The fourth chapter, according to Hershey's theoretical framework, combined with the specific circumstances of the case, from attachment, dedication, involvement, This paper analyzes the relationship between the development path of juvenile deviant behavior and the weakening and deconstruction process of restraint system in four aspects of belief. The fifth chapter is the summary of this study, and according to Hershey's theory of social constraints in our case of the explanation of deficiencies, This study puts forward the destructing process and concrete action mode of the occurrence, development and restraint system of urban minors' deviant behavior. The sixth chapter is the conclusion, according to the conclusion of this paper, I hope that from the point of view of the common future of the city and the minors, all aspects of society will strive to create a city social order maintenance and urban development. An environment conducive to the growth of minors.
