【摘要】： 隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展,公安機關(guān)維護國家安全和社會穩(wěn)定的任務(wù)日益艱巨。警察體育是公安院校學(xué)生提高身體素質(zhì)和掌握警務(wù)技能的重要課程,學(xué)生素質(zhì)的高低直接影響著未來警察隊伍的戰(zhàn)斗力。 本文通過文獻資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯法等研究方法,對河南省公安院校的警體教師、警體設(shè)備設(shè)施建設(shè)與管理、警體教學(xué)、課外活動與競賽等方面進行了深入的調(diào)查,分析制約河南省公安院校警察體育發(fā)展的問題,深入探討河南省公安院校警察體育的發(fā)展對策,為提高河南省公安院校學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)、警務(wù)技能與戰(zhàn)斗力提供理論依據(jù)。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示: 1、河南省公安院校警體教師隊伍學(xué)歷層次偏低,教師外出崗位培訓(xùn)機會不多;警體設(shè)施整體狀況良好,但其社會化程度不高。 2、河南省公安院校警體課程的指導(dǎo)思想和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)呈現(xiàn)多元化特點,使用的警體教材以自編為主。 3、河南省公安院校都開設(shè)了體能訓(xùn)練、擒拿格斗、戰(zhàn)術(shù)、射擊、車輛駕駛等課程;警體技能課的教學(xué)方法以“傳統(tǒng)”方法為主;警體教學(xué)模式以技能掌握式教學(xué)模式為主。 4、河南省公安院校警體課評價內(nèi)容貼近警察專業(yè),但是缺乏過程性評價。 5、河南省公安院校警體課的學(xué)生滿意率64%,警體教學(xué)中還有很多令人不滿意的地方;河南省公安院校課外訓(xùn)練與活動開展情況良好,基本能達到每天鍛煉一小時的目標(biāo)。 6、河南省公安院校警體課課時量安排太少、警體場地和器材較為缺乏、警體教師待遇不高和科研能力偏低是目前警體教學(xué)中遇到的最大困難。 針對河南省公安院校警察體育存在的問題,提出河南省警察體育的發(fā)展對策: 1、以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)樹立警體教學(xué)指導(dǎo)思想與教育目標(biāo) 2、制定科學(xué)合理的警體課程內(nèi)容 3、優(yōu)化教學(xué)方法和改進教學(xué)手段 4、逐步推進警體教學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變 5、加強師資隊伍建設(shè) 6、促進警體場館建設(shè),提高管理水平 7、把課外訓(xùn)練制度化、規(guī)范化 8、加強校園警體文化建設(shè)
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the task of maintaining national security and social stability by public security organs is increasingly arduous. Police physical education is an important course for police college students to improve their physical quality and master police skills. The level of students' quality directly affects the combat effectiveness of the police force in the future. Based on the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic and so on, this paper discusses the construction and management of police sports teachers, facilities and facilities of police sports, and the teaching of police sports in police colleges and universities in Henan Province. This paper makes a thorough investigation on extracurricular activities and competitions, analyzes the problems restricting the development of police sports in Henan police colleges and universities, and probes into the countermeasures for the development of police sports in Henan police colleges and universities. In order to improve the physical quality, police skills and combat effectiveness of police college students in Henan Province. The results show that: 1, the educational level of police sports teachers in police colleges in Henan Province is on the low side, and there are not many opportunities for teachers to go out for post training, and the overall situation of police sports facilities is good. However, the degree of socialization is not high. 2. The guiding ideology and training goal of police sports curriculum in Henan police colleges and universities are diversified. The teaching materials used in police sports are mainly compiled by ourselves. 3. In Henan police colleges and universities, the courses of physical fitness training, capture and combat, tactics, shooting, vehicle driving, and so on are offered, while the teaching methods of police sports skills are mainly "traditional" methods. The teaching mode of police physical education is mainly skill mastering teaching mode. 4. The evaluation content of police sports course in Henan police colleges and universities is close to the police specialty. However, there is a lack of process evaluation. 5. The satisfaction rate of police sports students in Henan police colleges and universities is 64, and there are still many unsatisfactory places in the teaching of police sports; the extracurricular training and activities in Henan public security colleges are in good condition. We can basically achieve the goal of exercising one hour a day. 6. In Henan Province, the number of police sports classes in public security colleges is too small, and the police sports venues and equipment are relatively lacking. It is the biggest difficulty in the teaching of police physical education that the pay of police teachers is not high and the ability of scientific research is low. In view of the problems existing in police sports in police colleges and universities in Henan Province, The development countermeasures of police sports in Henan province are put forward as follows: 1. To set up the guiding ideology and educational goal of police sports teaching under the guidance of the scientific development view and to formulate a scientific and reasonable police sports curriculum Third, optimize the teaching method and improve the teaching means 4, step by step promote the transformation of the police physical education mode 5, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff (6) to promote the construction of police sports venues, Improve management level 7, institutionalize extracurricular training, standardize 8, and strengthen the construction of campus police sports culture
