【摘要】：公安機(jī)關(guān)與媒體是平等的法律主體,警媒雙方關(guān)系因信息傳播活動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生,雙方的權(quán)利和義務(wù)主要表現(xiàn)為各自的新聞權(quán)利和新聞義務(wù)。警方的新聞權(quán)利包括傳播權(quán)、要求更正權(quán),新聞義務(wù)包括公開(kāi)警務(wù)信息、尊重媒體傳播新聞信息的權(quán)利。媒體的新聞權(quán)利包括采訪權(quán)、編輯權(quán)、報(bào)道權(quán)、輿論監(jiān)督權(quán),新聞義務(wù)包括堅(jiān)持正確的輿論導(dǎo)向、遵守法律和紀(jì)律、維護(hù)新聞的真實(shí)性、保持清正廉潔的作風(fēng)。法律明確了警媒在處理相互關(guān)系時(shí)應(yīng)遵循的依據(jù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是確保雙方關(guān)系正常有序和健康發(fā)展的必要條件。
[Abstract]:The public security organs and the media are equal legal subjects. The relations between the police and the media are produced by the information dissemination activities. The rights and obligations of the two sides are mainly manifested in their respective rights and obligations of the press. The police's right to press includes the right of communication, the right to request correction, and the obligation to make public police information and to respect the right of the media to disseminate news information. The news rights of the media include the right to interview, the right to edit, the right to report, the right to supervise public opinion, and the duty of news to adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion, to abide by the law and discipline, to maintain the authenticity of the news, and to maintain a clean and clean style of work. The law clarifies the basis and standard that police media should follow in dealing with each other and is the necessary condition to ensure the normal order and healthy development of the relationship between the two sides.
