【摘要】：重大群體性事件發(fā)生有其矛盾積累—心理共鳴—情緒宣泄的過程及成因,針對重大群體性事件沖突的成因分析構(gòu)建內(nèi)外兼治的沖突阻斷機(jī)制,應(yīng)包括以暢通利益表達(dá)渠道、緩和矛盾、化解沖突為特征的內(nèi)部阻斷機(jī)制和以預(yù)防、預(yù)警、預(yù)控為主的外部阻斷機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The major mass events have their process and cause of conflict accumulation, psychological resonance and emotional catharsis. To analyze the causes of the major group events conflict, to construct the conflict blocking mechanism of internal and external governance should include unblocking the channel of interest expression. The internal blocking mechanism, which is characterized by easing contradiction and resolving conflict, and the external blocking mechanism with prevention, early warning and pre-control.
