【摘要】：目的開(kāi)發(fā)新的STR遺傳標(biāo)記應(yīng)用于法醫(yī)學(xué)個(gè)人識(shí)別和親子鑒定。方法采集成都漢族群體中113名無(wú)血緣關(guān)系個(gè)體的血樣,對(duì)5個(gè)21號(hào)染色體STR基因座作PCR擴(kuò)增,電泳分型。應(yīng)用PowerStats軟件分析等位基因頻率和基因型分布,計(jì)算法醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用理論值;采用2×2列聯(lián)表及χ2檢驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)21號(hào)染色體上5個(gè)STR基因座之間是否相互獨(dú)立。結(jié)果5個(gè)STR基因座的個(gè)人識(shí)別能力0.85,非父排除率≥0.48;獨(dú)立性檢驗(yàn)證實(shí)5對(duì)基因座之間,即LFG21與LFG26、LFG20與LFG24、LFG21與LFG24、LFG24與LFG26以及LFG24與LFG29具有相對(duì)獨(dú)立性,可在法醫(yī)物證鑒定中同時(shí)應(yīng)用。結(jié)論初步篩選出了4個(gè)可作為法醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用的候選STR基因座:LFG21、LFG24、LFG26、LFG29。
[Abstract]:Objective to develop a new STR genetic marker for forensic personal identification and paternity testing. Methods the blood samples of 113 unrelated individuals from Chengdu Han population were collected. Five STR loci of chromosome 21 were amplified by PCR and classified by electrophoresis. The allele frequency and genotype distribution were analyzed by PowerStats software, and the theoretical values of forensic application were calculated, and the 2 脳 2 list and 蠂 2 test were used to test whether the five STR loci on chromosome 21 were independent of each other. Results the 5 STR loci had the ability of personal recognition 0.85 and the non-paternal exclusion rate 鈮，
