【摘要】：司法鑒定文書是司法鑒定活動的結論載體,是司法鑒定能力及質量的集中體現。司法部頒布的《司法鑒定文書規(guī)范》(以下簡稱《規(guī)范》),對司法鑒定文書的規(guī)范化、統(tǒng)一化具有重要意義。結合基層實踐工作發(fā)現的問題,對進一步完善《規(guī)范》提出若干建言。
[Abstract]:The judicial identification document is the conclusion carrier of the judicial expertise activity and the concentrated embodiment of the judicial expertise ability and quality. The Code of Forensic expertise documents promulgated by the Ministry of Justice (hereinafter referred to as "Standard") is of great significance to the standardization and unification of judicial identification documents. Combined with the problems found in the practice at the grass-roots level, some suggestions are put forward to further improve the "Standard".
