【摘要】： 做好網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情應(yīng)用工作,是公安交通管理部門特別是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同志及時掌握情況、正確分析形勢、科學(xué)民主決策、有效引導(dǎo)輿論、化解公共危機、扎實推進工作、改進服務(wù)民生的重要手段之一,不論是對外增信釋疑、消除誤解,還是對內(nèi)統(tǒng)一思想、凝聚力量、改進工作、維護社會穩(wěn)定,都需要公安交通管理部門及時把握輿情形勢,掌握輿情動態(tài),有效引導(dǎo)、應(yīng)對和處理。本文旨在通過研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體與網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特點及趨勢,探討公安交管部門如何較好適應(yīng)時代際遇,把握信息化時代脈搏,充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工具,圍繞公安交通管理工作面臨的新情況、新問題,準確及時抓住輿情中的“熱點”和工作中的“關(guān)鍵點”,不斷加強和改進各項公安交通管理工作。一方面要正確合理地引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論,促進民眾對現(xiàn)行道路交通管理法律法規(guī)的正確理解和對公安交通管理工作的有力支持;另一方面要將網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為一個民意匯總的重要渠道,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分析作為服務(wù)決策、改進工作的重要參考和了解民生、民意、民情,掌握改進公安交通管理工作的第一手資料,通過認真解決人民群眾關(guān)心的切身利益問題來改善公共服務(wù),贏得民心。
[Abstract]:To do a good job in the application of network public opinion is for the public security traffic management departments, especially leading comrades, to grasp the situation in a timely manner, correctly analyze the situation, make scientific and democratic decisions, effectively guide public opinion, defuse public crises, and advance their work in a down-to-earth manner. One of the important means of improving and serving the people's livelihood, whether it is to increase trust or to resolve misunderstandings, or to unify ideas within the country, to gather strength, to improve work, and to maintain social stability, it is necessary for the public security and traffic management departments to grasp the public opinion situation in a timely manner. Master the dynamics of public opinion, effectively guide, deal with and deal with. The purpose of this paper is to study the current situation, characteristics and trends of the network media and network public opinion, to discuss how the public security traffic management department can adapt to the times, grasp the pulse of the information age, and make full use of the network public opinion tools. Focusing on the new situation and problems faced by public security traffic management, we should accurately and timely grasp the "hot spots" and "key points" in public opinion, and constantly strengthen and improve the public security traffic management work. On the one hand, it is necessary to correctly and reasonably guide public opinion on the network, to promote the people's correct understanding of the current laws and regulations of road traffic management and to support the traffic management work of public security; on the other hand, the network should be regarded as an important channel for collecting public opinion. Network public opinion analysis is an important reference for service decision-making, improvement work, understanding of people's livelihood, public opinion, people's feelings, and mastering first-hand information on improving public security traffic management. Improve public services and win popular support by seriously solving the vital interests of the masses.
