【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展和社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的加速,社會(huì)治安形勢(shì)面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)于新時(shí)代的人民警察隊(duì)伍也提出了更多更嚴(yán)的要求。公安工作本身就是一種壓力密級(jí)型的工種,在公安監(jiān)管民警身上的體現(xiàn)特別突出。由于長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)斗在與違法犯罪嫌疑人打交道的第一線,天天面對(duì)社會(huì)陰暗面,再加上經(jīng)常熬夜和加班,使他們承受著多種多樣的壓力。這些壓力如果得不到及時(shí)排解和舒緩,既會(huì)對(duì)監(jiān)管民警個(gè)體的身心健康有害,又會(huì)阻礙公安監(jiān)管工作的發(fā)展。因此,公安監(jiān)管民警的職業(yè)壓力值得引起政府和社會(huì)更多人的關(guān)注和理解。本文框架分為四個(gè)部分,公安監(jiān)管民警職業(yè)壓力的基本理論闡述、濱州市公安監(jiān)管民警職業(yè)壓力的表現(xiàn)和消極影響、濱州市公安監(jiān)管民警職業(yè)壓力的成因分析、濱州市公安監(jiān)管民警職業(yè)壓力的化解對(duì)策。第一部分基本理論闡述包括職業(yè)壓力概述、公安監(jiān)管民警職業(yè)壓力的概念和特點(diǎn)、公安監(jiān)管民警職業(yè)壓力的理論基礎(chǔ);第二部分包括濱州市公安監(jiān)管民警職業(yè)壓力的表現(xiàn)、消極影響兩方面;第三部分從個(gè)體因素、工作和職業(yè)特征因素、組織因素和社會(huì)環(huán)境因素四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行原因剖析,找出濱州市公安監(jiān)管民警職業(yè)壓力的來(lái)源;第四部分化解濱州市公安監(jiān)管民警的職業(yè)壓力從注重民警承壓能力提升、積極進(jìn)行監(jiān)管職業(yè)資源優(yōu)化配置、加大組織支持力度和提高重視加強(qiáng)輿論引導(dǎo)四個(gè)方面提出對(duì)策,希望能為減輕濱州市監(jiān)管民警的職業(yè)壓力提出自己的解決思路與方法,開(kāi)創(chuàng)濱州市監(jiān)管民警職業(yè)的新局面。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of social transformation, the social security situation is facing enormous challenges, and the new era of the people's police force has also put forward more and more stringent requirements. Public security work itself is a kind of pressure classified work, especially in police supervision. As a result of a long battle in the front line of dealing with criminal suspects, the daily face of the dark side of society, plus often stay up late and overtime, they are under a variety of pressures. If these pressures can not be relieved and relieved in time, it will not only be harmful to the physical and mental health of the individual police, but also hinder the development of public security supervision. Therefore, the professional pressure of police supervision deserves more attention and understanding from the government and society. The framework of this paper is divided into four parts: the basic theory of the police supervision occupational pressure, the performance and negative influence of the Binzhou police supervision professional pressure, and the analysis of the causes of the Binzhou police supervision police occupational pressure. Countermeasures to solve the occupational pressure of police supervision in Binzhou. The first part describes the basic theory including the overview of professional pressure, the concept and characteristics of police supervision, the theoretical basis of police supervision, the second part includes the performance of police supervision in Binzhou. The third part analyzes the reasons from four aspects: individual factor, work factor and occupation characteristic factor, organization factor and social environment factor, to find out the source of the occupational pressure of police supervision in Binzhou; The fourth part is to resolve the occupational pressure of police supervision in Binzhou from four aspects: pay attention to the ability of police to bear pressure, actively optimize the allocation of supervision professional resources, increase the organizational support and enhance the attention to strengthen the guidance of public opinion. It is hoped that we can put forward our own ideas and methods for alleviating the occupational pressure of the police supervision in Binzhou and create a new situation for the supervision of the police in Binzhou.
