虛擬環(huán)境中犯罪的延時(shí)反應(yīng)測(cè)謊:ERP研究

【摘要】: 基于行為反應(yīng)、認(rèn)知神經(jīng)科學(xué)和虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)的研究不斷為理解說(shuō)謊的認(rèn)知機(jī)制和測(cè)謊技術(shù)帶來(lái)新的啟示:采用多指標(biāo)結(jié)合的方法檢測(cè)被試隱瞞的臨時(shí)習(xí)得或個(gè)人相關(guān)信息是ERP測(cè)謊的一個(gè)趨勢(shì)。前人研究證明反饋條件下的CNV可以與P300在犯罪知識(shí)測(cè)試中表現(xiàn)出良好的測(cè)謊效果;另一方面,虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)為隱瞞信息的獲取提供了新的實(shí)驗(yàn)空間。目前尚未有研究將虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)和多指標(biāo)測(cè)謊相結(jié)合,因此本研究從上述角度出發(fā)展開(kāi)探索。 本研究采用GKT延時(shí)反應(yīng)范式,被試在虛擬環(huán)境中“殺人”后接受有反饋的測(cè)謊,以此來(lái)考察P300和CNV在隱瞞信息上的差異。研究分為兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)一初步探索了P300和CNV兩個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)虛擬環(huán)境犯罪的測(cè)謊效果,驗(yàn)證了虛擬環(huán)境中犯罪測(cè)謊的有效性。實(shí)驗(yàn)二在實(shí)驗(yàn)一的基礎(chǔ)上加入無(wú)辜組,重點(diǎn)考察兩個(gè)ERP指標(biāo)對(duì)犯罪組和無(wú)辜組被試的測(cè)謊效果。得到以下結(jié)論: (1)虛擬環(huán)境可以為測(cè)謊研究提供模擬犯罪任務(wù)的場(chǎng)景。該條件下的模擬犯罪測(cè)謊能得到和經(jīng)典模擬犯罪測(cè)謊相似的結(jié)果。 (2)對(duì)探測(cè)刺激,P300在Cz點(diǎn)有最大波幅;CNV在Fz點(diǎn)有最大波幅。在Cz點(diǎn),犯罪組在探測(cè)刺激上比無(wú)關(guān)刺激誘發(fā)了更正向的P300和更負(fù)向的CNV;無(wú)辜者不存在這一差異。犯罪組在探測(cè)刺激上的P300和CNV波幅顯著大于無(wú)辜組。 (3)相比需要高動(dòng)機(jī)條件支持的CNV, P300指標(biāo)測(cè)謊更具有穩(wěn)定性;兩種指標(biāo)的結(jié)合能達(dá)到更加準(zhǔn)確的效果 (4)在延時(shí)反應(yīng)范式中,反應(yīng)時(shí)在說(shuō)謊中比誠(chéng)實(shí)更快,不適于作為測(cè)謊指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Based on behavioral responses, The research of cognitive neuroscience and virtual reality has brought new enlightenment for understanding the cognitive mechanism of lying and polygraph technology: it is a trend of ERP to detect the temporary acquisition or personal information concealed by multiple indexes. Previous studies have proved that CNV and P300 under feedback conditions can show good results in criminal knowledge testing. On the other hand, virtual reality technology provides a new experimental space for the acquisition of hidden information. At present, there is no research on virtual reality technology and multi-index polygraph detection, so this study starts from the above point of view. In this study, GKT delay response paradigm was used to investigate the difference between P300 and CNV in concealing information by accepting the feedback lie detector after "killing" in virtual environment. The study was divided into two experiments. In the first experiment, the effect of P300 and CNV on the detection of crime in virtual environment is preliminarily explored, and the validity of crime lie detection in virtual environment is verified. In the second experiment, innocent group was added on the basis of experiment 1, and the effect of two ERP indexes on lie-detection of crime group and innocent group was studied. The following conclusions were drawn: Virtual environment can provide the scene of simulating crime task for lie detection research. The simulated crime lie detection under this condition is similar to that of classical simulated crime lie detection. 2) there is a maximum amplitude for the probe stimulus P300 at Cz and CNV at FZ. At the Cz point, the crime group induced the corrected P300 and the more negative CNV in detecting stimuli than the unrelated stimuli; the innocent did not have this difference. The amplitudes of P300 and CNV were significantly higher in the crime group than in the innocent group. Compared with CNV which needs high motivation condition, the P300 index lie detector is more stable, and the combination of the two indexes can achieve more accurate results. 4) in the delayed response paradigm, the response time is faster in lying than honesty, and is not suitable as a lie detection indicator.
