【摘要】：我們國(guó)家在目前的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化條件下,取消農(nóng)業(yè)戶(hù)口不利于"新三農(nóng)"問(wèn)題和"三城"問(wèn)題的解決;也無(wú)助于在城鎮(zhèn)從業(yè)的"農(nóng)民工"與當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裨趧诒８＠蠈?shí)現(xiàn)"同城待遇";同時(shí)還會(huì)引發(fā)新的"土地改革"。因此,在目前及今后一個(gè)時(shí)期還宜保留農(nóng)業(yè)戶(hù)口,但可以對(duì)落戶(hù)制度進(jìn)行必要的改革。待到今后條件成熟時(shí),再行取消農(nóng)業(yè)戶(hù)口。
[Abstract]:Under the current economic, social and cultural conditions, the cancellation of agricultural hukou is not conducive to the solution of the problems of "new three rural areas" and "three cities"; Nor will it help the "migrant workers" employed in cities and towns to achieve "co-city treatment" with local residents in terms of labor protection benefits; it will also lead to a new "land reform". Therefore, it is advisable to keep agricultural hukou at present and in the future, but we can carry out necessary reform to the setting-up system. When conditions are ripe in the future, cancel agricultural hukou again.
