【摘要】：公安機(jī)關(guān)肩負(fù)著鞏固共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政地位、維護(hù)國(guó)家長(zhǎng)治久安、保障人民群眾安居樂(lè)業(yè)的重大歷史使命，它的性質(zhì)和任務(wù)決定了公安機(jī)關(guān)必須與人民群眾時(shí)刻保持密切聯(lián)系。當(dāng)前，蘇州正處在轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，警民關(guān)系受經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會(huì)、文化多種因素影響和共同作用，面臨著許多新情況、新問(wèn)題，公安機(jī)關(guān)必須高度重視和加強(qiáng)新時(shí)期警民關(guān)系建設(shè)，才能進(jìn)一步打牢堅(jiān)實(shí)的群眾基礎(chǔ)，為公安工作開(kāi)展提供有力支撐，從根本上實(shí)現(xiàn)公安工作全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文運(yùn)用公共管理學(xué)知識(shí)，以蘇州警民關(guān)系為研究對(duì)象，介紹了現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中蘇州警民關(guān)系的特點(diǎn)及定位，，分析了蘇州在警民關(guān)系建設(shè)方面取得的成效和存在的不足，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展給警民關(guān)系帶來(lái)的影響進(jìn)行探討，重點(diǎn)論述了現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中加強(qiáng)警民關(guān)系建設(shè)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The public security organs shoulder the great historical mission of consolidating the ruling position of the Communist Party, maintaining the long-term stability of the state, and ensuring the people to live and work in peace and contentment. Its nature and task determine that the public security organs must keep close contact with the masses at all times. At present, Suzhou is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading and innovation and development. The relationship between the police and the people is affected and acted upon by many factors, including economy, politics, society and culture, and is facing many new situations and problems. The public security organs must attach great importance to and strengthen the construction of the relationship between the police and the people in the new period so as to lay a solid foundation for the masses, provide strong support for the development of the public security work, and fundamentally realize the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the public security work. Based on the knowledge of public management and taking the relationship between the police and the people in Suzhou as the object of study, this paper introduces the characteristics and orientation of the relationship between the police and the people in Suzhou in the process of modernization, and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings in the construction of the relationship between the police and the people in Suzhou. The influence of politics, culture and social transformation on the relationship between the police and the people is discussed, and the countermeasures of strengthening the relationship between the police and the people in the course of modernization are discussed.
