【摘要】：考察了手掌面不銹鋼客體遺留印跡的直接顯現(xiàn)和轉(zhuǎn)移后再顯現(xiàn)的方法體系。以Lab色彩模式為評價(jià)指標(biāo),研究了紅菲羅啉、鄰菲羅啉、TPTZ、苯基-2-吡啶基酮肟和PDT這5種試劑對手掌面不銹鋼遺留印跡的顯現(xiàn)效果。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),對于手握不銹鋼客體5 min以上的手掌印跡,使用5種試劑配方(其中任意一種)直接顯色時(shí),均可達(dá)到中等以上的分辨率。轉(zhuǎn)移顯現(xiàn)時(shí),讓手掌面按壓在噴灑過30 g/L抗壞血酸的客體上1 min,再在客體上噴灑適量1 g/L的5種顯色劑(其中任意一種),等待3 min后拍照固定,此法快速、靈敏、可靠,可將手掌上的不銹鋼遺留印跡轉(zhuǎn)移后成功顯出。
[Abstract]:The method system of direct appearance and reappearance after transfer of stainless steel object on palm surface was investigated. The effects of red phenanthroline, o-phenanthroline TPTZZ, phenyl -2-pyridyl ketone oxime and PDT on the impression of stainless steel on palm surface were studied using Lab color model as the evaluation index. The results show that for the palm imprinting of the stainless steel object above 5 min, the medium resolution can be achieved by using five reagent formulations (any of them). When the transfer appears, the palm is pressed on the object sprayed with 30 g / L ascorbic acid for 1 minute, and then the appropriate amount of 1 g / L of 5 color developing agents is sprayed on the object (any one of them, waiting for 3 min and then photographed and fixed), this method is fast, sensitive, and reliable. The stainless steel marks on the palm can be successfully displayed after transfer.
