【摘要】：在青少年犯罪中,大學(xué)生實(shí)施的殺人傷害等暴力犯罪有明顯增多的趨勢(shì)。導(dǎo)致這類案件發(fā)生的原因很多,但犯罪人有缺陷的心理和性格因素占有重要的位置。而且,青少年的心理健康和性格缺陷問(wèn)題不是孤立存在的。除了有天生的遺傳等因素外,它們的形成還受到家庭和社會(huì)發(fā)展變革過(guò)程中多種因素的影響。其中,生活貧困和暴力文化對(duì)犯罪人危險(xiǎn)心理和個(gè)性的形成有最直接的影響。這是我們預(yù)防和減少青少年暴力犯罪必須著力關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In juvenile delinquency, violent crimes such as homicide and injury committed by college students have an obvious increasing trend.There are many reasons leading to this kind of cases, but the defective psychological and personality factors play an important role.Moreover, adolescent mental health and personality defects do not exist in isolation.In addition to natural genetic factors, their formation is also influenced by many factors in the process of family and social development.Among them, the culture of living in poverty and violence has the most direct influence on the formation of dangerous psychology and personality.This is the problem that we must pay close attention to to prevent and reduce juvenile violent crime.
