【摘要】：總體國家安全觀是習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想的重要內(nèi)容,我們要深入學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)會,明確發(fā)展是安全的基礎(chǔ),要堅持以發(fā)展促安全;安全是發(fā)展的前提,要堅持以安全保發(fā)展。當(dāng)前,要立足新的歷史方位,解決新矛盾,破解新難題,加強(qiáng)國家安全的制度建設(shè)和能力建設(shè),協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)安全與發(fā)展共同進(jìn)步,走出一條中國特色國家安全道路,不斷開創(chuàng)國家安全工作新局面。
[Abstract]:The overall concept of national security is an important part of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. We must thoroughly study and understand that development is the basis of security and that we must persist in promoting security through development, which is the prerequisite for development.We must persist in ensuring development through safety.At present, it is necessary to solve new contradictions, solve new problems, strengthen institutional and capacity building for national security, coordinate and promote common progress in security and development, and walk out a road of national security with Chinese characteristics, based on a new historical position.We will continue to create a new situation in the work of national security.
