【摘要】：調(diào)查情況表明,在可能引起各類突發(fā)事件的資源與環(huán)境安全、社會(huì)安全、政治安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、價(jià)值觀念和涉外安全6大類問(wèn)題中,生態(tài)環(huán)境、社會(huì)差距、少數(shù)民族文化與宗教民族主義訴求、國(guó)有資產(chǎn)流失、行政執(zhí)法混亂與行政行為不規(guī)范、恐怖主義、腐敗、金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、通訊與網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和"三農(nóng)"等問(wèn)題,是中國(guó)未來(lái)10年內(nèi)可能引起各類突發(fā)事件不確定性的重大因素,可能對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的持續(xù)、和諧、全面發(fā)展帶來(lái)一定程度的沖擊,必須引起高度關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:The investigation shows that the ecological environment and social gap exist among the six categories of problems, namely, resources and environment security, social security, political security, economic security, value concept and foreign-related security, which may cause all kinds of emergencies.Ethnic cultural and religious nationalistic demands, loss of state assets, confusion in administrative law enforcement and administrative irregularities, terrorism, corruption, financial risks, communication and network security, agriculture, rural areas, agriculture, rural areas, agriculture, rural areas, agriculture, rural areas, agriculture, rural areas, agriculture, rural areas, etc.It is an important factor that may cause uncertainty of all kinds of unexpected events in the coming 10 years, which may bring a certain degree of impact to the sustained, harmonious and all-round development of the economy and society, and must be paid close attention to.
