【摘要】： 隨著經濟轉軌和社會轉型期間,加上新舊體制的更替,改革措施的相繼出臺,各種新問題、新情況不繼涌現,由各種社會矛盾,特別是經濟利益沖突引發(fā)的群體性事件愈來愈多,成為當前影響社會穩(wěn)定的一個十分重要的因素。而目前我國各級黨委政府一項重點工作是社會矛盾化解和社會管理創(chuàng)新�！翱たh制,則天下安。”縣域的穩(wěn)定關乎國家的長治久安,因此很有必要進行群體性事件化解機制研究。 論文以莊河市為例,進行群體性事件化解機制研究。開篇詳細解讀了本文研究的關鍵詞和研究的價值、意義,并提出本文的研究思路、內容與方法。文中對群體性事件相關的理論概述進行了闡述,對國內外研究現狀進行綜述,并論述了群體性事件的成因和特點。列舉分析了外省市的群體性事件的化解機制并予以借鑒。本文采取訪談調查法、理論分析法、比較研究法和案例法對莊河市群體性事件的現狀進行研究,并就莊河市群體事件的歷史脈絡、發(fā)展情況、總的趨勢及特點深入分析,莊河群體性事件化解機制中存在的問題進行總結,并結合調查結果分析導致問題產生的原因。運用定性研究法,就莊河群體性事件化解中存在的問題進行相應對策的研究。提出政府應加強社會穩(wěn)定風險評估機制、社情民意調查機制、社會矛盾化解機制、應急處置機制建設等機制建設。最后得出本文的結論,指出論文的創(chuàng)新點與不足,并對未來研究進行展望。
[Abstract]:With the period of economic transition and social transformation, with the replacement of new and old systems, the successive introduction of reform measures, the emergence of various new problems and new situations, and the emergence of various social contradictions,Especially the group events caused by economic conflicts of interest are becoming a very important factor affecting social stability.At present, Party committees and governments at all levels of our country focus on resolving social contradictions and social management innovation."the system of prefectures and counties is safe in the world."The stability of county area is related to the long-term stability of the country, so it is necessary to study the mechanism of resolving mass incidents.This paper takes Zhuanghe City as an example to study the mechanism of resolving group events.At the beginning of this paper, the key words and the value and significance of the research are explained in detail, and the research ideas, contents and methods are put forward.In this paper, the author expounds the theory of group events, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and discusses the causes and characteristics of group events.This paper enumerates and analyzes the resolving mechanism of mass events in foreign provinces and cities and draws lessons from them.The present situation of group events in Zhuanghe City is studied by means of interview investigation, theoretical analysis, comparative study and case study, and the historical context, development, general trend and characteristics of group events in Zhuanghe City are deeply analyzed.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the resolving mechanism of Zhuanghe Group incident, and analyzes the causes of the problems combined with the investigation results.By using the qualitative research method, the problems existing in solving the group incidents in Zhuanghe River are studied.The government should strengthen the risk assessment mechanism of social stability, the mechanism of social sentiment and public opinion survey, the mechanism of resolving social contradictions, the construction of mechanism of emergency disposal and so on.Finally, the conclusion of this paper is drawn, the innovation and deficiency of the paper are pointed out, and the future research is prospected.
