本文選題：民警培訓(xùn)教學(xué) + 信息化技能�。� 參考：《教育理論與實(shí)踐》2015年24期

【摘要】：當(dāng)前民警培訓(xùn)教學(xué)工作存在理念認(rèn)識欠缺,經(jīng)費(fèi)不能完全到位,教官隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)參差不齊,教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)手段落后等問題。為了進(jìn)一步解決這些問題,應(yīng)該開展"圍繞三項(xiàng)建設(shè)、提升五個(gè)能力"的全警輪訓(xùn),開展民警信息化應(yīng)用技能培訓(xùn)教學(xué),組織開展民警體能和警務(wù)技能戰(zhàn)術(shù)培訓(xùn)、干部自主選學(xué)和在職民警參加專、本科自學(xué)考試等工作。繼續(xù)深入推進(jìn)民警培訓(xùn)教學(xué)工作,應(yīng)該改變觀念認(rèn)識,提升治理能力,加強(qiáng)民警法治理論培訓(xùn)教學(xué),堅(jiān)持保障前移,切實(shí)做到"戰(zhàn)""訓(xùn)"的良性互動,以信息化為契機(jī),推動公安機(jī)關(guān)治理體系、治理能力的現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the training and teaching of the police, such as lack of understanding of ideas, insufficient funds, uneven quality of the teaching staff, backward teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching means, and so on.In order to further solve these problems, we should carry out all police ship training "around the three construction, enhance five abilities", carry out the training teaching of applied skills of police information, organize and carry out the training of physical ability and tactics of police.Cadres independent selection and on-the-job police to participate in specialized, undergraduate self-study examination and other work.If we continue to promote the training and teaching of the police in depth, we should change our concepts, enhance our ability to govern, strengthen the training teaching of the police's rule of law theory, persist in ensuring the forward movement, and earnestly achieve the positive interaction of "war" and "training", and take the information as an opportunity to take the information as an opportunity.Promote public security organs to govern the system, the modernization of governance capacity.
